Resolution on Safe Operation of Malls during the Covid-19 Pandemic. the First District Democrats urge Washington State lawmakers and Health Departments to update their guidance for malls; to remain open for the duration of the pandemic; facial covering requirements, per Governor Inslee’s mandate, will be enforced.
