Our general meeting is Monday, November 19. Potluck at 6 p.m., meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the IUOE Hall in Bothell.

We’ll start the meeting with a recap of the election results. The Blue Wave washed over the House!

We are introducing a new item on our agenda, the Meeting Minute. This is a chance for our members to get up and speak for up to a minute on a topic of their choice. You can just say “hi”, rant about the administration, give information about a project or group you are working on, or anything you want. We’ll limit the section to 10 minutes total.

Our guest speaker will be Snohomish County Prosecutor Adam Cornell. We’ll also get an update on the proposed Snohomish County gas pipeline expansion.

There will be a resolution on raising the legal age for purchasing tobacco. You can find the resolution here.

Please bring something to share for the potluck. We will provide a main course and some side dishes.

The agenda is here.

We had to cancel the auction for logistical reasons. We will be having a mystery box auction in December, as well as our holiday cookies contest and exchange. Get your rolling pins ready!

Remember that our reorganization meeting is coming up in December. Please consider running for office. We have a great group and will help you out in your new role if you’re hesitating because you don’t know what to do.
